#### Phase 1: $SPA LAUNCH AND LISTED IN MAJOR EXCHANGES

Phase one has an objective of circulating the $SPA to the global market that will create a group of activists who will support the Sherpas of the mountains.

Listing on Sundaeswap and major DEXes will increase the distribution and engagement of token for a global exposure.

#### Phase 2: $SPA UTILITY

Phase two will focus on implementing the utility ot $SPA by creating an ecosystem to exchange $SPA for goods and services among the Sherpa community and the rest of the world.

Agreements will be signed with government entities and international mountaineering communities to springboot this milestone.

#### Phase 3: **SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITY MODEL**

During the phase three, the transactions profit accumulated will incentivize the users to increase the utility of the token and a fixed percentage of the profit will be deposited in the "Sherpa Token Trust."
